I believe rights are inalienable and intrinsic to everyone, regardless of circumstance.
What about people who commit a crime, then, and have their right to freedom taken away? What about young children, who don't have the right to make choices about where they go?
Also, by saying that a fetus has inalienable rights, aren't you lumping it in with humans (since I would imagine you don't believe that, say, mosquitoes should have the right to live--admit it, you've killed at least one in your lifetime)? When do these human rights begin for a fetus?
