Depends on your value set.
Personally, I see elective sex- even with contraception- as assumption of risk, and don't believe abortion is right in that instance- you chose to have sex, knowingly acknowledging there was a possibility, however remote, of pregnancy- if your chip comes due, it comes due.
Incest and rape- being involuntary sex- fall under a different category, and a legitimate case may be made there for abortion as an option; however, considering the long-term psychological consequences that can result from abortion, I'm not really comfortable allowing it without mandatory counselling, since those things are scarring enough on their own.
