I agree that the third one is perfectly filmable. Just like the first one (and, no doubt, the second one) we'll lose a lot of stuff, since it's a very different format to tell the story in, but storming District 2's fortress, sneaking through The Capitol, and yeah even huddling deep beneath District 13 while the bombs fall on it -- that could easily make for a great movie! I do, however, share your concern with them splitting it into two movies, but maybe it'll still work...
