But both of them come with notes from Haymitch. "Apply generously and live" or something like that with the salve. "You call that a kiss?" with the soup. But then when she gives Peeta a better kiss, there's no sleep syrup or anything else. So, that's all played down, and I was a little annoyed about that.
And then after Rue dies, her district doesn't sent Katniss the bread. Instead, they just have their little riot. Annoyed about that, too.
