offer resumé and interview clinics at least once every semester, and they each have a Career Center to help students outside of those clinics as well.
But yeah, I think that they should probably implement some more of that type of education in the classes, especially in high school. (Personally, I learned to write resumés in one of my high school English classes, but not interview skills.) Especially since some colleges require (and many more recommend) admission interviews as well.
