I hadn't heard of him. So I guess he had an anecdotal story about successfully navigating healthcare.gov on the first day of operation? And it turns out he didn't actually purchase insurance as he claimed he had? Shame on those who passed along his story without verification, but truly this is pretty minor in relation to what Hannity did.

we were told for weeks that the "glitches" on the Obamacare exchange website was due to high traffic, only to later learn that a) there wasn't high traffic at all, and b) the glitches are technical in nature, not due to load.
