As you chose unnecessary belligerence while basically ignoring the topic of two justices contorting themselves into wildly different positions on the reach of the Commerce Clause (and being called out on it by a third justice). Thomas, to his credit, dissented on both decisions. Ginsberg and the others, to their credit, were in the majority on both.
