The utility could use some sprucing up (it'd be nice if the voice commands did more than just access the Kinect menu), but in the games, it's awesome. It came with Kinect Adventures, and Jerry loves playing that.
I bought the Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout game last week, and have been using it as much as I can to try to get in shape. I don't mind looking like a sweating cow, if I can do it in my own livingroom with no one else home. ;)
I assume that there will be updates coming in the future, to make it more complete, but even now it's awesome!!! :D
