It sounds like you've corrupted something or contracted some malware that's corrupted something. This is rare in Win7 but it does happen. It could also be due to failure of that SSD.
First - did you try safe mode?
Succeeding safe mode - uninstall the most recent thing you installed and see if you can start-up after that.
Backup important data using another computer.
Failing safe mode - Insert Win7 boot disc or engage the manufacturer's recovery partition (if there is one)... run a "repair" from the Win7 boot disc.
Failing repair - format and re-install.

If anywhere along the line it looks like the SSD is failing... (read/write errors, etc..) then you know what to do.
