I went to a methodist church that accepted homosexuality as long as it wasn't something brought up often... They fired the choir director when he started being very obvious he was gay. Not exactly accepting, and there used to be conjecture about whether The Church (as in the United Methodist Church as a denomination) would split over the issue. I don't know whatever came of that, as I quit going there.
Unitarian Universalists are openly accepting of homosexual individuals.
I'm not sure what the episcopal stance is, but they allow women clergy, which is less conservative than, say, southern baptists.
