Take a look through the EULA for their iPublisher software.
TL;DR? Apple bans you from selling anything you create using their iPublisher software, unless you sell it through their store (and if they reject you, you'r S.O.L.). It would be like Microsoft demanding a 30% cut from any talk you give where you happen to use PowerPoint slides, or Adobe claiming ownership of your photos just because you exported them to JPEG from Photoshop.
Seriously, how do people not think Apple's an excessively greedy and repugnant company, and hasn't already replaced Microsoft as tech's Evil Empire?
