That's the kind of thing that gets lost in this debate, too, is how people are forced to make employment decisions around their healthcare--which is just wrong on multiple levels. It tends also to squash the entrepreneurial spirit, as people are discouraged/forced not to pursue self-employment or work for a small start-up company.
