Hopefully this exchange goes easier than the last one. I don't think my axe is quite big enough to kill Youtube.

All good things must open with epic classical. O Fortuna would be far too cliche, so I thought I'd go with Tuba Mirum from Verdi's Requiem. Plus it has Karajan, who was pretty much awesome incarnate before there was Mr. T. Plus also it comes with Dies Irae (the first 2:22) at no extra charge.

What better to follow bad-assery played by Germans than MORE badassery played by Germans? I give you E Nomine.

I know what you're thinking. Where's the English? What's with all this foreign crap? Alright, fine. The Editors, with End Has A Start.

And now some Brainbug. I never heard the original of this song until just now. I think I like it better than the Johnny Vicious remix I have. If you want the remix, it should be in the related vids at the end.

One of my favorite songs by one of my favorite groups. Innocente by Delerium.

Kind of a depressing song, so here's some Siouxie and the Banshees to cheer y'all up.

Not what I was looking for to close out the set, but I can't pass up cute belly dancers. Lady D'Arbanville by Cat Stevens.

And for those wondering what I had planned to close out with, well all good things must end with an 80's power ballad. (yeah, I know that's 8 songs. What can I say, I cheat.)

And when I cheat, I cheat with both hands. Song number 9 is Butterfly Wings by Machines of Loving Grace.
