Latest thing to do with comics is post the comic and probably use computer to add sound and some motion.
not full fledged animation, but certainly action.
I've never read the original red son story arc, and would t know about it if not for the injustice video game.
The story was good, and the ending. Well it would be more clever if I haven't seen it in other works....but they made it fit, so good for everyone involved that made this.
