Dead simple one, just to get my feet wet with the new CK -- take a steel ingot and use it to craft 5, 10, or 15 lockpicks, depending on your Smithing perks (none, Steel Smithing, and Advanced Armors are the requirements for each amount, respectively).
It's currently my only mod on Steam Workshop, and is also on Skyrim [private]. Check it out if you want to make your own lockpicks -- handy for thieves who also do a bit of mining (or beginning characters short on cash but who found the iron and corundum veins just outside of Whiterun...)!
