But the equal amount of money coming from the NRA is some huge sin? Really??
Not to mention that you can't even get basic facts straight, such as where the NRA's money comes from. Spoiler: The majority of it comes from individuals -- roughly half from membership dues, and a large portion of their donations coming from individuals; industry funding is a minority of their funding.
How is a grassroots-funded organization so much worse than a rich millionaire buying up votes for his own personal vendetta?
Do you even know what the gun control law in question was about? It wasn't sane, and had nothing to do with safety -- it was simply yet another pointless, baseless encroachment upon individual gun rights.
