Also, this reminds me of the vid...I wanna say it was called safe sex or something like that? It was two people signing papers, with attorneys present, before engaging in sexual activity.

For those of us into BDSM, stories like this are absolutely terrifying. For the why, just read some of the comments below, most notably the one to the effect of "rope and a public place? no wonder it was thought to be non-consensual!".
