Posted by bananarobots at 3:30pm Sep 29 '10I'm against it simply because safety is a huge issue. Although, I don't see a lot of effect on the trade with it being illegal. There are still a lot of prostitutes in Chicago and all over the US. It's just kept hush-hush.
I think if we promoted safe sex more - instead of abstinence - it would help across the board. It would help in the prostitution biz as well as educating young children about sex. I'm a firm believer in safe sex, obviously. Less so in abstinence.
