Seems to do exactly what I want. I happen to have a copy of Office Enterprise 2007, so I'll install it and find out for sure, but ideally I want a freeware answer to OneNote so that I can (legally - I'm not looking to pirate software these days) have this on all my systems.

Er, scratch "freeware", replace "open source". Although freeware is acceptable, my ideal software is open source.
