Posted by Sir Four at 10:59pm Feb 8 '10They're going to power Yahoo's search, and now it is announced they will power Facebook's search as well. These deals are obviously huge. And it will put some real competition to Google. Google had wanted to work with Facebook, but Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg sees GOOG as his competition. Whereas Google thinks you find stuff with fancy search algorithms, Zuckerberg believes you find stuff through your social network. I'm not sure how the Bing integration will tap into the social network, or if it will at all, though. Will be interesting to see.
