First, peel off the sticker on the fan. Underneath this sticker, there is a flush rubber cap, gently pry that off to access the bearing compartment. Then, use some air tool oil and put a drop or two in, dap out the excess with a lint free cloth. Close it up. I'd advice leaving that sticker off.

That fan will last for a few more years :D
