MooTools, but I wasn't really in on the decision and I'm not an especially big fan (this might have something to do with what we're using it for though, and we're quite odd in a lot of respects so it seems like a lot of the baked-in capabilities aren't suitable for us). JQuery looks nice and perhaps more user friendly, but I'm not exactly an expert on either.
