Why are religious organisations not striving for the above goal, rather than harping on the sin of man, when Jesus said no man is without sin? Why aren't they out there helping the poor and needy as Jesus commanded, rather than focusing on the flaws of their brothers and sisters?
Otherwise, I agree. And you have an interesting point about some of the "immorality" out there being a backlash against a Christianity seen as corrupt, hypocritical, or overly oppressive.
