Lately, I've been experiencing a dull ache and heaviness in my left arm. I'll also get a tightness in my chest along with some pain. Also, I'll feel like I can't catch my breath. I usually have no problem feeling my own heart beating in my chest but during these times, I can barely feel my own pulse and my heartbeat feels... squishy, as opposed to a thump-thump-thump. This happens several times a day lately and I first noticed it about a month ago.
I've already looked it up and it's the signs of
Unstable Angina. It doesn't matter what I'm doing when it happens too. The sensation has woken me up from a deep sleep or I'll be walking and feel like I need to sit down.
