has anyone tried this?
My bf is on a high saturated fat diet where he can eat all the butter he wants (and in fact I've seen him eat a stick for dinner..I'm not lying) but he doesn't eat any carbs. He does weight training also..he already lost 2 percent body fat after two weeks.
He says cardio is bullcrap..just get your heart rate up and exercise.
Any thoughts? I want to start working out but I'm not entirely sure he's sane :P
