I don't believe a person can have more than one spouse, and still give each spouse their entire heart and soul the way you are supposed to in a true marriage.
However! That being said, I believe in live and let live. So as others have said, if it's 100% consensual to everyone involved (nobody has been forced or pressured or brainwashed), I'm not going to judge.
As for the child raising... I think it's like any other situation, if the parents care about their children and try to make the situation work for them, it will work. Ideally, the child would have not just two loving parents, but three or more, which could be beneficial.
