Posted by Kromey at 1:32pm Jun 26 '12I have a "UFO" as well (I think it, too, is a Weber), which I bought because it looked just like my dad's old charcoal grill (before he turned traitor and bought a big propane grill) which was a supremely awesome one. Mine's the same thinner metal you're talking about, not the heavier stuff my dad's was made of. It's held up quite well over the years, though.
