And I found a couple more examples of parasite-induced "zombie-itis" by following related links:
"Zombie" roaches -- nowhere near as interesting, really, as it's really no more than the roaches being paralyzed for a week while the larvae eat them alive.

Suicide grasshoppers -- this one's far more interesting, much more on par with the zombie ants.
