Perhaps you should develop an architecture for it, and try to sell it to news, blog, and information driven websites that operate on ad revenue. I guess essentially, it would be a donation platform, but maybe one that gives more credit to the specific pages on a website that are generation greater revenue through the tips of the viewers.
