Actually, that's not correct -- it's in the latest of a long-running series of e-mails asking for "outside" left-wing money to support the Wisconsin recalls, and in fact comes right on the heels of an e-mail proudly announcing how much money DLCC contributions funneled into the recall election that replaced a GOP legislator with a Democrat!
The issues surrounding and prompting the recalls aside, how dense do you have to be to not see your own hypocrisy when you say "Look how much money we sent to Wisconsin! OMG THOSE BASTARDS ARE SENDING MONEY INTO WISCONSIN AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN FROM THERE!"
Friend --The gist of the excerpt is that right-wing money is "flooding" into Wisconsin, ostensibly to support GOP politicians now facing recall elections there, and that that shows "a good sense of what's really happening in the Wisconsin recall wars".
We always knew it would happen, but now we have confirmation from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Washington Post: millions of dollars from right-wing special interests are POURING into Wisconsin after last week's historic win by Democratic Senator Dave Hansen.
The reason is very simple, according to the Post: "the sudden influx of outside conservative money suggests that national right wing activists understand that if Dems take back the state senate, it would represent a massive blow to their broader agenda."
That's exactly what we've said from the beginning: defeating the GOP in Wisconsin will show Republicans across the country that there will be consequences for any legislator who votes for Scott Walker's radical agenda. And that's why the DLCC has launched an aggressive response, including multiple television ads that we've expanded to include a targeted multimedia push.

Nevermind -- consider this post retracted. Reading through the e-mail again, it doesn't say what I thought it did initially. I do recall the article they quoted saying it, though, but until/unless I find that article, well, there's just nothing to see here. Move along.
