Posted by Sir Four at 12:19pm Dec 30 '09The subsidy lasts for 9 months, not the full COBRA term. And the employee is only eligible if s/he "has no other group sponsored health insurance option." I think that means those with the possibility of being on their spouse's plan are not eligible.
