So how does she feel about insurance companies denying coverage to Americans wil preexisting conditions? Is that not precisely a case of a panel deciding whether or not someone can get health care? Does she really think a middle class family could buy an affordable insurance policy from the private market that will cover the care of a down syndrome child?
