I have just been invited to read a selection of my poetry for PEI's Lt. Governor.
Waaah, I've never read my poetry out loud before and as the professor who requested that I do so has never had me for a creative writing class, I am not sure where he has received the idea that I would be a good candidate.
I think I'm going to accept...but more importantly, if I do, can someone give me a hand picking what to read and how to perhaps fine-tune them for a better effect, vocally?
