They take their time, playing pictures in my mind
Scornful laughter, crocodile tears
Crazy angry arguements, insecurites and fears
Lingering indescretions of a past not yet long ago
And empty accusations are the featured presentation
For this endless picture show
But then again...
Helping, holding, playful scolding
Crazy loved filled living and mutual forgiving
Contagious laughter, whispered conversations
Of a love for one another with no word of limitations
Is what wins with its strength of promised unity
Love that has been granted an almost unknown immunity
