I like listening to languages that are totally alien to me when I want something I can zone out with (words force my attention to a song sometimes).
When I'm learning a language, I love listening to songs in that language. Right now, I'm learning Chinese, so I just downloaded a bunch of Chinese children's songs (slightly obnoxious, since they're all sung by kids, but fun in moderation) and a CD by a Chinese jazz singer named Dongqin. I can't find much other Chinese music I'm enjoying, not that I've looked very much.
I also like German music...Wizo, Wolfsheim (most of their songs are in English, but they have a few beautiful German ones), and Rammstein come to mind, but I have at least a smattering of some other artists too.
