I just went and bought Christopher Hitchens Mortality today, its only 106 pages so I finished it within an hour. It is an extremely powerful novel, focused on his diagnosis of Esophageal Cancer and what happened after, about being deported "from the country of the well across the stark frontier that marks off the land of malady." The afterward written by his wife Carol Blue, was beautiful and heartbreaking.
