Posted by gmichailovic at 1:44am Apr 29 '09I do not see the benefit of attacking people's personal beliefs, however irrational they seem to you. What is the primary goal of the people who make these? To make fun of people's beliefs? To change people's minds? To eradicate the world of religion? They fail at all these, and so much more.
The only thing these people accomplish is they give science a bad name, attempting to masquerade anti-religion as science. They are two completely different things, attempting to use one to deride or disprove something the other suggests is a futile endeavor, and people that do so are the same type of ideologues that they are criticizing. The only difference is the idea.
