And while I didn't post about it, I didn't "Finish the Fight" (Google that phrase if it doesn't make sense to you) until just a couple weeks ago, although I picked up my copy on release day (just never beat the last 2 levels until now).
I have just received my brand-new copy of Gears of War. Not Gears of War 2 - no, that would be too much like keeping up! I'm talking about the first one. Y'know, the one that came out 3 years ago? I can't wait to start using that Lancer!
Although I think I will wait until I've beaten Bioshock. Or at least gotten stuck at a sufficiently frustrating point to (temporarily - I hope) give up.
What's with me and taking years to get around to these blockbuster games? It certainly was neither for lack of interest nor of console. I just never bothered to pick 'em up.
Oh well, should be fun nonetheless.
