charging children as adults

my position:
if you're a minor, you are charged as a minor. period.


i could see it making more sense in some cases to charge an adult as a minor than to ever charge a minor as an adult.


i don't care what the charges are - in fact, the more serious the charges, the less charging a child as an adult makes sense.

what's the logic/argument on this?
