Occupy Wall St.

It had always struck me as very bizarre that the financial crash and deep recession was followed by a right-wing populist movement (the tea party), demanding more supply-side economics and less government assistance for those struggling. Wouldn't the more natural reaction be one of populist protest against the recession-insulated wealthy class, particularly those on Wall St. who had a hand in financial shenanigans that contributed to the crash? Wouldn't you expect to see people out in the street raging about not finding a job, not having health care, losing their house, their savings, their credit rating?

Finally it seems that movement is materializing; I just find it odd that it took so long. What does everyone think about Occupy Wall St.?
