A gaffe machine who complained he wanted his life back and turned in an unsympathetic performance before Congress last week, Hayward was pilloried over the weekend for leaving oil-fouled Louisiana to go watch his yacht race on clean waves in England.


I feel really bad that his Hayward's Yacht came in only 4th :'(
