Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
So if you are not forgiving someone then you have passed judgement on that person as a bad person.

Furthermore Jesus encourages his followers to forgive everyone, not just other followers.Matthew 18:21-22
