That baby is HUGE. Makes you wonder if she had gestational diabetes (a surprising number of babies that are born over 8 lbs or so were so big because their mothers had gestational diabetes.. especially the realllllly big babies).
I saw this really weird show on TLC last night, where a 75-ish-year-old woman had a huge abdominal mass and pain, and so doctors were doing all these tests to see if she had ovarian cancer, etc.. turns out she had a calcified full-term baby in her that she had been pregnant with since 1955. They said she was terrified of dying in childbirth and ran out of the hospital. I'm assuming that meant while she was in labor, but I dunno. I missed the middle of the show, only saw the beginning and end, so I'm not sure how she could just NOT have the baby.. it was full-term and ready to come out, her body should have pushed it out and continued with labor, even if she didn't want to, right? Yeah, I missed the explanation on that one. But it was WEIRD.

Well, here we go:In 1955, in a small village outside Casablanca, Zahra Aboutalib went into labour. Forty-eight hours later, the baby was still unborn so Zahra was rushed to hospital. However, after watching a young woman die in agony on the operating table, she turned and fled in panic, convinced she would suffer the same fate.
Days of excruciating pain followed, then the pains suddenly stopped. Zahra believed in the local myth of the âÂÂsleeping babyâÂÂ, so put the pregnancy out of her mind, believing the baby would be born at a later date.
This never happened, and many decades passed â during which time Zahra adopted three children and became a grandmother. Aged 75, the agonising pains returned, but several doctors couldnâÂÂt explain them. Then Dr Taibi Quazzani, who felt that ZahraâÂÂs swollen stomach indicated an ovarian tumour, sent her for scans.
The result was shocking: the mass inside ZahraâÂÂs stomach was a calcified baby. Unable to be born, the baby â which had developed outside the womb and fused with ZahraâÂÂs internal organs â had died.
