A Cold Night in the US

I don't think I've ever seen a weather map like that before! Freezing temperatures as far south as New Orleans and Jacksonville. 20 degrees in Atlanta. Snow is possible in in Mexico. How often does it snow in Mexico?

I can't believe it's going to be warmer in Billings, Montana than in Jacksonville, Florida. South Florida looks to be the only spot in the nation to escape the cold.
