Just grilled this one tonight. Went a little heavy on the spices -- [private] picked up a "salmon seasoning" that included sea salt, and I used too much of that -- but it was still very yummy! Got the wood chips on there before the salmon, and they were smoking really good, but not much of a smokey flavor -- might have been hidden underneath the over-abundance of salt, or maybe next time I'll have to soak them first. Or maybe salmon just doesn't absorb the smokey flavor.
