Anyone know what I'm looking for? Also, avoiding the mark-up that gets slapped onto 'gourmet' pretentious foodie salt would be nice.
I guess if the salt world had a concept of 'al dente' (a little crunch, but not unpleasantly/distractingly crunchy), that'd be what I'm after.
