8 frozen shredded hashbrown patties
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
7 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
arrange hashbrown patties in a single layer in a greased 13"X9" baking pan. sprinkle with cheese and ham, set aside. whisk eggs, milk, mustard and salt in bowl. pour over ham. cover and bake @ 350F for one hour. uncover and bake additional 15 minutes. (about 8 servings)
this thing is the bestest. i could eat and eat and eat it until my stomach 'splodes!
sorry it took so long for me to post (months- bad leyna!) but i got it!
we have tried curly fries instead of hashbrowns- and it's equally as tasty!
