(Sorry, I only know how to make one size)
Ingredients:
3lbs Ground beef 80/20
Half a large yellow onion, diced (sweet works fine too)
Also, can use 1/3 Cup dried onions.
2 Cups Dry Italian breadcrumbs. (3 cups if you want a softer meatloaf)
2/3 Cup warm chicken broth.
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder or fresh/freeze dried garlic bits.
3 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3 Tbsp Lea&Perrins Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
3 Eggs (beaten)
-----
Preheat Oven to 375 F
Throw all the ingredients in and blend well in a large bowl by hand until meatloaf dough is of an even colored consistency and feels very sticky.
Spray a 9"x13" pan (glass works best) with cooking spray, or coat lightly with oil. Drop meatloaf dough and form a loaf in the middle of the pan. Make it as even throughout as possible, like a really long brick. Coat with additional ketchup (optional).
Cook meatloaf for 1 hour on the middle rack. When done cut across the middle and check to see if it's pink when you first take it out, if it is, put it back in for 15 mins. When you take it out of the oven, let it sit for 5-10 mins before serving.

Not very healthy but very tasty :D
