Unfortunately I didn't get quite all 26 letters, but I gave it my best!
9 stalks asparagus
1 can bamboo shoots
1 crown broccoli
2 large carrots
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 green onions
1 pint sliced baby portabella mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 medium yellow squash
2 small zuccinis
I combined all the veggies sans canned and mushrooms with a tablespoon of oil. Once they were soft, I added some stir-fry sauce, let them simmer, then removed them to a bowl. The chicken was then tossed in the skillet with a half tablespoon of oil. Once it was mostly cooked, the remaining veggies were added until the mushrooms had shrunken by half or so. The sauced, cooked veggies were then added back to the skillet, and it's currently simmering happily! It will be served over steamed brown rice.
