Ok I wrote out a post for my other board because well not many people read it and not as many people there are in on my whole life.
Here I have an ex who may or may not be watching over my shoulder who knows so I keep wordings safe and clear.
However my post made me think, it made me wonder how most of you would react to the situation posted in it if it were about a member here. Would you bash them. Would you listen with an open mind and heart. Would you get up on your soap box about how the person was wrong would you.
See my post was in part about the use of drugs in some cases hard drugs as a marital aide. I'm not talking just in the sexual sence but as well in the emotional sence.
Extacy was a drug first used by sigmoid Freud in marriage counseling to open of the inhibitions of each partners sexuality as well as it was believed to have a truth serum type of effect causing couples to talk more openly.
Today lots of couples are having problems I mean the divorce rate is over 50%. If drugs like these were truly shown to help then why in the hell are they being held back.
i know a lot of you are going to say the health risk involved are to big but have you seriously read the possible side effects of any medication you see out today my god some of those are worse then sticking a needle in your arm.
My answer to this would be that this suggestion would be brought up to a Dr by a patient or vice versa. As well as a Dr would be able to closely monitor the patient for signs of addiction.
Then there are those of you who would say then these people go out and plague society under these drugs. There would be a new type of marriage counseling where the treatment would be administer in a special office where the medicated would stay during there time.
I'm not saying these people could come every day and get fed up but these people with serious "i'm about to leave you" issues could come and re educate themselves about one another mentally and physically with the help of a psychiatrist / sex therapist.
Look I am no where near educated enough in the medical field to explain it but I personally feel. If once in a blue moon a couple is having a problem and they know a drug like coke or some thing helps them out gets them to communicate and gets them to get back in the swing of a good sex life and they are both in proper health and are not hurting themselves or others why not.
I thought America was supposed to be the land of the free.
I'm sure some of you read that and actually thought about what I wrote. For those of you thank you.
For those of you who just read that I wanna get f-ed up on hard drugs and bang my man all night f- you ok.
I know I am going to get some shitty comments about this but that is not what i am looking for I am looking for the one or two people who are willing to admit that the occasional illegal pharmaceutical could have at one time or has already at one time helped a relationship that you were in.
